Canadian Olympic Consultant Reveals
a Simple, Proven Method That Anyone
Can Use to Get in Amazing Shape…
In Just 12 Minutes a Week!
The CDC’s Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans recommends at least 150 minutes a week of exercise… up to 300 minutes if you want to lose weight!
![]() |
The average person just doesn’t have an extra 5 hours a week for exercise which is why most people aren’t exercising on a regular basis. Even if you had the time… Who really wants to spend five hours a week on a treadmill or exercise bike? |
You’ll change your exercise routine when you discover:
Hours of Monotonous Cardio Every Week Isn't
Just Boring…
it's Actually Bad for You!
The latest research reveals that everything we thought we knew about cardio is 100 percent incorrect.
Studies from conservative sources like Harvard indicate that the key to effective exercise for weight loss and overall health is not duration but intensity.
The data shows that the long, slow, constant-speed aerobics that we’ve all been trained to believe is so good for us is exactly the wrong thing for us to be doing.
My colleague Dr. Al Sears is very passionate about this. He says…

“After 30 years of working with extremely fit athletes, patients with injured hearts and average people in between, one thing is apparent: doing continuous cardio exercise is a waste of time.” |
For many people in the exercise community those are fighting words. But Sears backs them up with some strong scientific arguments:
“(Long slow constant cardio) just doesn’t build what your heart needs. It doesn’t increase your heart’s ability to respond to real demands. In fact, for all your effort, you only reduce your ability to handle life’s stressful circumstances—the last thing you want!”
Sears is one of the most outspoken critics of long, slow aerobics, but he is hardly the only one.
Latest Research Supports the Benefits
of "Burst Training"
There has been ample research showing that high intensity interval training (aka “Burst Training”) is better than long, slow aerobics if you want to…

Before you dismiss what I’m saying you should know that there’s tons of science to support these claims. Here are some results from recent studies:
Harvard School of Public Health: A study of over 7,000 people found that the more intense the exertion, the lower the risk of heart disease.
Physical Activity Sciences Laboratory, Laval University, Ste-Foy, Quebec, Canada: Compared to treadmills and hour-long aerobics classes, Burst Training helps you burn fat more efficiently and quickly.
Department of Human Health and Nutritional Sciences, University of Guelph, Guelph, Ontario, Canada: Moderately active women (somewhere between sedentary and Olympic athlete) lost an impressive amount of fat doing just two weeks of Burst Training.
School of Engineering and Physical Sciences, Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh, Scotland, UK: Young males who did Burst Training substantially reduced their risk for type 2 diabetes.
Department of Kinesiology, McMaster University, Hamilton, Canada: For people with type 2 diabetes, Burst Training can improve blood sugar levels and reduce risks for diabetes-related complications.
“How Does Burst Training Work?”
Burst training involves short (20 – 60 second) bursts at a high intensity where oxygen demand is much higher than your body can supply.
The metabolic “stress” this creates for your body to repay that oxygen debt means you burn more fat in less time.
Remember the scene in the movie Rocky where he climbs the stairs?
That’s burst training!
Health benefits of “burst training” include...
- Increased fat burning
- Increased lean muscle mass
- Improved cardiovascular health
- Combined aerobic and anaerobic activity
- Increased “feel-good” beta-endorphins
- Increased human growth hormone (HGH)
- Increased energy
- Improved athletic performance
- Reduced inflammation

Skip the Gym and Get Fit at Home…
in Just 4 Minutes a Day, 3x a Week!
You can get all the benefits of burst training without climbing huge flights of stairs or even stepping foot outside your door with the Xiser.
This very cool little machine gives you a full body burst training workout in just four minutes.
With the Xiser, you’ll have to come up with a new excuse (other than Time) for not working out.
The basic four exercises on the Xiser involves two upper-body and two lower-body burst exercises, each of which takes no more than one minute each. Therefore, you can get a full-body workout in just four minutes.
My colleague JJ Virgin, co-star of the TLC reality series Freaky Eaters, is a celebrity weight loss trainer. Watch as she shows how to use her “secret weapon” for weight loss… the Xiser:

“The Xiser has been outstanding for the Jets. We placed our five portable steppers in our training facility - two in the actual training room and three in the rehab area in the weight room.” |

“The era of having to work out for 30 minutes a day has come to an end. The science behind The Xiser Machine and its effectiveness in creating VO2max, lactic acid buildup and growth hormone release is incredible.” “Our clients, working out four minutes a day four times per week, have increased muscle mass by 20-30% and decreased fat mass between 10-30% in a three-month period on average. Not only has it changed fat/muscle ratios, but it has also aided in dropping excess blood glucose issues.” “Any person can do it. We have patients from 110 lbs - 400 lbs.” “We run a yearlong weight loss and lifestyle change program through nutrition, exercise and individual metabolic testing - there is no other workout program we will use.” - Oscar Coetzee, Ph.D. CEO, Trim Smart Programs |
You Don't Have to Be an Personal Trainer,
Olympic Athlete or a Navy SEAL
to Benefit From the Xiser…
“I am a truck driver and bought the Xiser specifically for use in my truck. In my opinion, the simplicity of the Xiser only contributes its genius and durability. It is constructed of very heavy cast aluminum and has absolutely no frills whatsoever.
After reading through the documentation, I set the Xiser on the floor, connected the pistons and hopped on. I'm not just heavy, I'm admittedly fat (muscular, but still 5'9", 320lbs), and I have no problem placing and keeping my feet on the pedals. The pedals move in a very smooth motion, and the resistance of the pedals can easily be adjusted by turning the adjustment screw located on the base of the pistons. The machine held up well to my immense weight and I found I actually enjoyed the workout I got.”
This device will be well worth the money spent. If you are looking for a cheaply constructed portable stepper with lots of electronics, the Xiser is definitely not for you. If you are looking for a heavy-duty workout machine that will offer you years of tough workouts without breaking, then the Xiser is just what you are looking for.”
— T. DeWitt (Marion, IL)
“I am 5.5 feet high and weigh 150. I should not be breaking steppers, but boy have I ever. (Meaning the $59 to $159 ones available to me at my local sports store.) I thought the Xiser was expensive, but after risking life and limb and the bank on cheaper models that don't hold up, I thought it certainly is worth a try.
After a year this stepper has more than held up...and I now weigh 136! I have travelled with it and use it every day in short spurts (i.e. 2-4 minutes) and it is great for the knees.”
— Emilie Heller-rys (Sante Fe, NM)
“I paid the big bucks for this because I went cheap the first time. I bought a $50 stepper first and it lasted a month. Honestly, a portable stepper takes a LOT of punishment. Weight, movement up and down as well as side to side, and heat. They really heat up and that causes a whole new set of mechanical problems. Oh, and the squeaking of the cheap model was awful. Considering all that, this unit is very well designed and built. I have used it for several months now and it is holding up well. Fairly quiet too.”
— JCS (Seattle, WA)
“I hate treadmills, they are too loud (and boring). I don't like elliptical machines, they are too slow (maybe I just have too much energy). I do jump rope, but it is cardio only.
So I tried a few $100 steppers from stores and they all suck. You cannot get any workout from those steppers. I was searching for lots of other options for quite a while until I found Xiser. I decided this might be what I was looking for. And I am so glad I bought it! Xiser Commercial Stepper is well made. The design is excellent! It is light but very stable and safe. It runs very quiet. The best of all, I can get a good workout from it!
I guess lots of people would not pay this much for a small equipment like this, no blinking LEDs, no fancy displays. But this equipment does the job, it really is exactly what I am looking for. Especially after searching for such a long time, I would pay any price for it. It is worth every penny!”
— HS (Iowa)
“I've had the Xiser for a few months now, and I have to say it is an absolute beast. In under two minutes, you will find that using this will have you gasping for breath and your legs will be on fire. But, when a machine gives workouts that intense, you KNOW that it's working… and I have definitely seen weight loss since using this.
I was a little apprehensive because of the price and when I got it, it looked so small it seemed unusable. I'm a big man at 6'0" and over 300lbs. But upon using it, it works just fine, and it has drastically improved my balance. I'm able to get a great work out on it, and because it's so small, I can keep it right next to my bed. Being there allows me to just hop on it and get quick burst workouts throughout the day.
This is definitely a great purchase.”
— Brandon D.
“We live on a boat and this is the perfect stepper for our small space. Everything else gets in the way, but not my Xiser! It tucks right away and we never curse it like we do everything else we trip over!
When I got this I had already broken the Nordic Trac model in one month and we knew I would need something else. I weighed 129 and am 5'2" so I was not a beast, but I like to work out 5 days a week. At the time I was working a lot and had not had time for the gym or a regular workout program which is the only thing that really keeps me sane.
Well a year later I am 114 pounds, my resting HR is 60-65 and I just love working out with this little stepper! I also had a pretty serious back injury 3 years ago and this stepper has really helped me to gain the core strength I need to keep my back from giving out on me every other day!
My legs look fantastic and if you are worried about bulking up the legs they are not like they were when I played soccer, my thighs are sinewy, toned and just plain strong! I love my Xiser body. It has even helped my yoga practice since it works my core as well. For all of you men who think it is just a sissy stepper... It kicks my retired Marine husband's butt!
You will not be disappointed in this product. BUT YOU HAVE TO GET ON IT! It is a pretty thing and can be displayed like a piece of modern art, but you will not see any difference in your health or body if you don't use it and get used to it and get better using it. Do not get discouraged! Hang onto a chair if you need to, but don't give up on it! You will be so proud of yourself! It is worth every penny!”
